Mommy and Baby Firsts!
So I've decided in order to feel like I'm growing along side my sweet baby girl we are going to have lots of firsts together. What I mean is every time she tries or does something new I will too. Today is Day 1.
Burkley - eating peas
Mommy- eating Guava fruit
She was a bigger fan than me. The peas were an organic frozen selection. My peas didn't do very well in the garden. She ate em up just like she does everything else. I on the other hand thought the Guava smelled fantastic but was disappointed in the fruit. It was a beautiful pink with a creamy texture but way too many seeds. The flesh not containing seeds was so little in amount it was barely worth eating. Also we'll have to see how well some of those seeds digest I already feel a little funny.
All in all I think it's a good start.

Paleo Challenge
This last few pounds have given me some trouble so I'm cleaning up my act even more. We are going strict Paleo for the next 60 days.
This will include a million different clean foods but restrictions are as follows:
No Gluten: wheat barley rye
No Grain: corn, rice (even though gluten free)
No Dairy
No Legumes: peanuts, beans
No Sugar
No Processed foods
So this means all the meat, fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds I want. The options are endless. I'll keep you updates on my progress!
I think Im most exciting about fitting into my jeans again. I have sizes ranging from 28"- 25". The 28"s fit bit could be more comfortable.
